♡ in order to receive the HD qualities of your commission, i will either ask you for your email or send them thru a google drive link, which will only be available for ~1 week before being deleted. feel free to contact me if you need another copy of your commission.GENERAL.
♡ i have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
♡ my art style is not set & changes; prices might fluctuate & change; certain styles might be unavailable. double check w/ me before commissioning.
♡ please allow up to 2-5 months for me to finish a commission due to also working as a video editor, and depending on real life circumstances, nature of commission, or my mental health. feel free to check in for updates at any point, but do not harass me for my work speed.
♡ please inform me ahead of time if you have a deadline you need your commission by. rush commissions will have additional fees.
♡ i work on commissions randomly. i work on them whenever i feel inspired/motivated.
PAYMENT.
♡ i take payment after draft sketches are sent and in USD only. (of course, if you feel comfortable paying upfront, that's OK too!)
♡ major revisions during work in progresses will incur additional fees, even if you already paid for the base price of the commission.

USAGE.

♡ you may upload your commissions onto social media and edit, crop, or resize your commission as long as you properly credit me.
♡ please let me know if you do not want me to post the finished commission on social media or my portfolios.
♡ i do not allow any of my art to be converted or sold as NFTs.
COMMERCIAL PRICING.
♡ 3 levels of commercial pricing:
1 video, livestream w/ monetization: x0.25 of base price; artwork is used in monetized content such as start/end screen, alerts, png avatar, etc.
2 promotional material: x1.25 of base price; artwork isn't main product, such as advertisement, pamphlet, etc.
3 merch: x2 of base price ; artwork is main product, such as print, stickers, keychains, standee, apparel, etc.

1START PRICE is the price of ONE CHARACTER (with lineart & simple color). price may change due to complexity of design. only up to 2 extra characters.
2COLORED SKETCH goes from headshot to fullbody. price is dependent on how much you want sketched. these are messy and unrefined, hence "sketch."
BACKGROUNDS & PROPS simple flat color/transparent backgrounds are FREE.
complex design and props cost an additional $10-20 depending on complexity. prices vary with backgrounds.WHAT YOU GET IN FINAL full art w/ background, full art watermarked, transparent ver + whatever versions you request

GENERAL TOS.
♡ please have an ACTIVE form of contact as it is crucial for editing.
(i am the most active on twitter and discord.)♡ upon posting and usage, credits to my twitter must be visibly applied to the video description.♡ i reserve the right to use finished works as part of my portfolio.♡ i have the right to stream the editing of your commission on my twitch. (it's OK— i do not keep the VODs of my editing.) if you would like to maintain confidentiality of your work, please inform me beforehand.♡ OK payment option(s): PAYPAL. i will send you an invoice.♡ if you cannot pay immediately, i am OK waiting 3-5 days. if i do not receive payment by then, you will be blacklisted from my commissions.
ADDITIONAL COMMISSION INFO.
♡ clips have to be provided by clients. if you would like for me to look for my own clips, i will charge an additional +$15 for every vod i am asked to look through.♡ first two (2) major revisions are free. an additional fee of +$5 for every revision following afterwards will be added to your charge. subtitle errors do not count as revisions.
